SOS! I've lost my report!
If you are not recieve a payd report then:
- Check that the payment from your card or electronic wallet was made successfully.
- Check the folders "Spam", "Subscribes" etc in your e-mail.
- Make sure that the runtime of the report making was complete. All reports (except for "Dealer's history") are ready in a few minutes. Report on the service history of the dealers is prepared within 1-2 business days (usually they are performed for a few hours).
If the payment was done a runtime is out but the report was not delivered then send a letter via form below. Be sure to specify the type of report, the VIN and details of the payment.
